North American Quiz Challenge

Select individuals/teams from the USPC Championships are invited to attend the Canadian National Quiz Competition.  Team members are selected based on their final placings at the USPC Championships.  For more information please contact Dick Adams. 

 

International Quiz Exchange

The Selection Panel determines the team using information in the applications and recommendations. The Selection Panel will consider a candidate's ambassadorial attributes as well as quiz and teamwork abilities of each candidate.

 

The General Selection Criteria for Competitors

 

bullet

Be a C-1 to A level Pony Clubber and an active member in good standing

bullet

Be between 16 and 21 years of age as of January 1, of the year of the exchange. 

bullet

Have a strong record of service to Pony Club.

bullet

Have "HIGH AMBASSADOR" qualities

bullet

Have participated in a regional quiz in the past year either as a competitor or volunteer.

bullet

Have recommendations of their DC, RS and one other Pony Club official (RIC, HMO, NE, BOG, Committee member, etc.

bullet

Assist with fundraising for the team.

bullet

If necessary, be able to meet together prior to the competition to begin work as a team (location to be determined, often a few days before the official start date of the exchange) Sign and adhere to a Code of Conduct
